1. Choose a package: Blast Only ($25) to upload your completed flyer, or Design & Blast ($50) to have a flyer created.
2. Enter details: your contact information, MLS areas, blast date, and property or event details.
3. Upload files: your finished flyer, or property photos for a design.
4. Submit your order after reviewing your total.
5. Complete payment securely with Stripe. Your order is placed once payment is confirmed.
6. Receive confirmation by email from orders@flyerblast.com.

You can order as a guest or sign in to track your orders. Each package includes one MLS area; additional areas cost $25 each.

After placing an order: You must reply directly to your order confirmation email to request changes or ask questions. Replies go to orders@flyerblast.com and keep your message connected to your order.

Standard flyer blasts go out within 24 hours during business hours. Flyer designs are ready within 48 hours of ordering during business hours. For a same day blast with the $25 Email blast package, select the +$10 option in the order form.

You must reply directly to your order confirmation email to request changes or ask questions. Replies go to orders@flyerblast.com and keep your message connected to your order. Describe the requested changes and attach any replacement flyer or files. Send changes as soon as possible; a change request does not guarantee the flyer can be updated before it is sent.

Reply to your order confirmation email (replies go to orders@flyerblast.com) as soon as possible:

• To change your blast date, let us know immediately after placing your order.
• To cancel, let us know immediately, before your flyer is blasted.

A request does not guarantee that a blast already in progress can be stopped or rescheduled.

• Before work begins: a full refund is available if work has not started and your flyer has not been blasted.
• Design + blast after the proof: if your flyer design and proof have been completed, the $25 design fee remains payable. The $25 blast charge is refundable if the blast has not been sent.
• After a blast is sent: it is nonrefundable unless Flyer Blast made a mistake.

To request a refund, or for questions about additional areas, add-ons, or anything not covered here, reply to your order confirmation email and our team will review your request.

Email delivery of a flyer you supply to one MLS area. If you need a flyer created, choose the $50 Design + blast package.

We design your flyer and email it to one MLS area. Share your property details, photos, branding, and any required text through the order form.

1. We create your flyer and email you a proof from orders@flyerblast.com.
2. Reply to the proof email with your approval or your requested revisions. Your package includes two design revisions.
3. Your flyer is not blasted until you approve the design.

After you approve the design and it is sent, the order is not refundable unless Flyer Blast made a mistake. For more than two revisions, reply to the proof email and our team will review your request.

Real estate agents on our email list for each MLS area you choose: Kansas City Heartland MLS, St. Louis MARIS MLS, South Central Kansas MLS, Lawrence, or Lake of the Ozarks MLS. Each package includes one area; each additional area is $25.

Actual delivery varies by campaign.

Creating an account is optional, and guest checkout is always available. If you’re signed in when you order, you can track your orders and earn rewards.

• Earn: after every 10 qualifying paid orders, you earn a free $25 Flyer Blast reward.
• What counts: orders placed while signed in, once payment is confirmed. Guest orders, unpaid orders, canceled or refunded orders, and orders covered in full by a reward don’t count.
• Track your progress: sign in and open My Orders to see how many qualifying orders you have toward your next reward.
• Redeem: your reward code is emailed to you and shown in My Orders. Sign in to the account that earned it and enter the code in the “Loyalty reward code” field when you order, or choose “Use on a new order” in My Orders. It takes $25 off one order; a $25 Email blast is covered in full. Each code can be used once.

For questions about a specific campaign, reply to your order confirmation email. Open and delivery rates vary by campaign and are not guaranteed.

Upload your flyer or design materials directly in the order form. Finished flyers can be PDF, JPG or PNG. For Design + blast, upload at least one property photo.

Choose your blast dates and extras in the order form, then pay securely with Stripe. Payment is required to place every order, and your order confirmation is emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
